Shirodhara

A steady stream of warm, herb-infused oil poured gently over your forehead. This is a nervous system reset, an ancient Ayurvedic ritual, and one of the most spiritually attuned treatments I offer. Clients often experience intuitive clarity, emotional release, and a deep meditative state.

I created The Priestess Spa as a space for people like me — sensitives, empaths, feelers, caregivers, and women in transition who need somewhere to land.

My own healing began in the garden — literally. After years of pushing, holding, and carrying, it was tending to the earth that reconnected me with what’s sacred. Now, I bring that same intentional energy into every treatment.

I’m trained in Ayurvedic therapies, energy work, and herbal skincare. But more than that, I know how to see you. To meet you. To create a space where you can receive without earning it.
